Our stainless steel nail clippers are easy to control for accurate clipping. Clip your Furrish Friend in comfort with the rubber grip handle. Ideal for: Smaller sized dogs. Directions: Wait until your dog is calm and relaxed. Point claw away from you during trimming and only trim a safe amount at a time. Tips: Healthy nails should slightly touch the ground as your dog walks.

For all orders placed on our website, delivery is only available to mainland UK only. Unfortuanatley we also cannot offer shipment to the Scottish Highlands or Ireland at the moment.

Orders under £70 are charged at a flat rate of £10, this is what we are charged by our courier.

LOCAL DELIVERY

We can offer FREE delivery to our local customers if you live within the PL19 postcode just place your order as normal and you will automatically qualify for free delivery via postcode recognition

For FREE or discounted delivery in all other local Postcode areas please use your personalized Local Code at the check out. If you have not received a code please email or ring us for your code.

RETURNS

If you change your mind about your order, you may return any item(s) to us, unused and in the condition that they were received in, for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Please return all unwanted items to the below address:

All return postage costs are paid for by the customer, unless the item is seen to be faulty or damaged upon receipt. If you believe your item(s) to be faulty or damaged, please contact us  first.

Cancelling Your Order

Your order may be cancelled up to 5pm on the day you have ordered. If you have ordered after this time, or at the weekend, you will have until 5pm the next working day to cancel. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Proof of Postage

When returning an item to us, you are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage, so we recommend retaining your proof of postage until your order has been received and your refund processed.

Please allow up to 14 working days, from the day we receive your returned item(s), for your refund to be processed.
