This suet ball bird feeder is designed to hold around 8 – 9 balls (not included) to provide plenty of high-energy food throughout the year. The easy refill system and durable all-metal construction ensure it will have a long life and continue to be a hub for bird feeding for years to come.
Siting
Try to site the feeder with a good all-around view so birds can see they are safe from predators while they feed. Shelter from the sun and the cold wind is also advised. A branch, bush or vegetation close by for the birds to perch on and access the area ensures safe feeding.
Cleaning
It's best practice to clean out your suet ball bird feeder regularly. If the suet balls have started to rot or go bad, bin them. Once emptied, wash with hot water and a hygiene brush.

For all orders placed on our website, delivery is only available to mainland UK only. Unfortuanatley we also cannot offer shipment to the Scottish Highlands or Ireland at the moment.

Orders under £70 are charged at a flat rate of £10, this is what we are charged by our courier.

We can offer FREE delivery to our local customers if you live within the PL19 postcode just place your order as normal and you will automatically qualify for free delivery via postcode recognition
For FREE or discounted delivery in all other local Postcode areas please use your personalized Local Code at the check out. If you have not received a code please email or ring us for your code.
RETURNS
If you change your mind about your order, you may return any item(s) to us, unused and in the condition that they were received in, for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Please return all unwanted items to the below address:

Cancelling Your Order
Your order may be cancelled up to 5pm on the day you have ordered. If you have ordered after this time, or at the weekend, you will have until 5pm the next working day to cancel. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

When returning an item to us, you are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage, so we recommend retaining your proof of postage until your order has been received and your refund processed.
