Welcome to Exotics Kidz Club! Here’s everything you need to know for a safe and fun experience.

Booking Your Childs Experience

·         We take bookings for children strictly that are between 5 & 12 years old.

       We currently run these handling experiences every Saturday, Sundays and a week day during the school holidays

       Each Session is £10 per child and will last for approximately 1 hour

What to Bring For Your Childs Session

·         Comfortable clothes that can get messy

·         Bravery, courage and lots of questions

·         Any medicines or items your child might need

Club Rules & Safety

·         Our team makes safety a priority. Please make sure your child understands to listen to staff and follow instructions.

·         If your child has allergies or special needs, ensure you’ve told staff clearly.

·         All activities will be supervised, especially animal handling sessions.

·         None of our animals contain venom and are harmless. This does not mean there isn’t the possibility of your child being bitten or scratched. This is why it is very important for your child to pay attention to our staff during their session to avoid this likelihood as best as possible.

      Children under 5 years old can attend as a spectator but will not be able to take part. We would ask that they remain quiet and calm throughout so as not to frighten or startle the animals, they’re very sensitive.

·         We’ll contact you if there are any changes or emergencies.

·         We keep your information private and only use it for club purposes.

·         If you have feedback or need to change your booking, call, email or contact us on social media.

·         We anticipate that the session will take around 1 hour depending on the size of the group. A parent or guardian must always remain present during the session.

Health & Allergies

·         Let us know if your child feels unwell or has been around any illnesses—safety comes first!

·         Please update us about any new allergies or needs before each session.
